UK Deliveries:

When ordering goods you will need to provide us an address where someone will be in to sign for the parcel between the hours of 8.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Alternatively, you can give us a workplace address to ensure someone is available to sign.

If there is nobody at the address when the couriers arrive, a card will be left for you to call the local depot and arrange an alternative date.

There will be 5 days within which to contact the couriers before they re-direct the goods back to us.

If we have to issue a redirection notice to the courier to deliver to a different delivery address (other than the one you specified when you ordered) this will incur a charge of £12.50

Delivery Services

Standard UK Delivery

Pitterpac offers free standard delivery to addresses in the UK. Delivery will be Royal Mail 1st class recorded. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. In the unlikely circumstance that your order cannot be delivered within this time frame, we will update you via email. Goods will always require a signature on receipt of delivery.

Next Day UK Delivery

Choose next day UK delivery for £8.99. Delivery will be by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature on receipt of the deliver. If you order by 2pm your goods should arrive the following day. Any orders placed after 2pm, on a Friday, Weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day to arrive the following working day.


Overseas Orders

BFPO

We can offer standard UK charges or Next Day Delivery to all BFPO addresses.

International orders

We deliver to most international addresses via Royal Mail International Signed For (Including Insurance). The cost for European countries is ?25.00 and the rest of the world is £30.00.

International orders also have the option to ship via UPS / FEDEX Delivery (3 Day service) at a cost of ?39.99 Europe and ?49.99 to the rest of the world. Recipients of any international deliveries may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees. Please note any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We cannot predict what the cost of duties and import tax will be as it varies widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.


Our Guarantee

You can return goods for any reason in an unused condition and original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Sorry we do not provide a free returns service so customers will need to pay the cost of postage for returns.

To return an unused Pitterpac bag:

  • Email sales@pitterpac.com to request a returns form and a postage label
  • Pack the the goods safely and securely using the original packaging and include the completed returns form.
  • Take your parcel to your nearest post office and obtain proof of postage.
  • You will receive an email once we receive the returns. Please allow up to 14 working days after the date of our confirmation email for your refund or exchange to be processed. We will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods minus the original postage cost, or offer an exchange crediting requested.
  • Please note that we can only refund money to the card used in the original transaction.
  • Ensure you retain your proof of postage as we are not responsible for goods lost in transit to us.

Order Tracking

After placing an order online, you can request a tracking number by emailing sales@pitterpac.com and providing your name and order reference.

To return faulty items

Pitterpac takes great pride in the quality of our luxury leather changing bags and offer a 12 month warranty for all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase but in the unlikely circumstance that the item is faulty in any way you should email sales@pitterpac,com with your name, order number and details of the issues (photographs welcomed). We will aim to respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Please note we can only offer refunds or exchanges if proof of purchase is provided and if the item is purchased from an approved stockists. The Pitterpac warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, accidents, acceptable wear and tear, or natural depreciation of materials.

To cancel an order

If you wish to cancel an order from www.pitterpac.com please email sales@pitterpac.com within 24 hours of making the order. Any requests to cancel after 24 hours will not be processed and the good will be shipped as outlined in our delivery information.

Continue
